PAYMENT POLICY
We offer the following two payment options mentioned below:
PayTM
Customers can select PaytM as their option and once you click on place order, you will be redirected to PayTM payment gateway.
The following mode of payments are available on PayTM gateway:
- Domestic and International credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & MasterCard Network
- Debit cards
- Net Banking
- PayTM Wallet
CC AVENUE
Customers can select CC Avenue as their option and once you click on place order, you will be redirected to its payment gateway.
The following mode of payments are available on the CC Avenue gateway:
- Domestic and International credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & MasterCard Network
- Debit cards
- Net Banking
PAYPAL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers can select PAYPAL as their option and once you click on place order, you will be redirected to its payment gateway
COD
We also offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD, you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Please note we charge a Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge of Rupees Fifty.
The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is ₹5000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
Note: Jovees Herbal does not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or banking information. Such information may be provided by you during the purchase transaction. However, this data does not come to Jovees Herbal. It is directly transmitted through the payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank. No information is stored by Jovees Herbal.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction
