Refund Policy

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Jovees.com shall make all the possible endeavors that the product booked on the website is delivered within a period of 4-7 working days for from the date of the booking in order on the website.

Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery for investigation and resolution. Disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.

DELIVERY

All booking and subsequent delivery of the product(s) shall be subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). Product delivery will be done through our logistics partner Delhivery, DTDC and Bluedart. In some cases where Pincode/Zipcode is not serviceable by the courier company, the services of the India Speed Post or DTDC shall be used. If there is no courier services are available in the customer’s area, customer should get in touch with us.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Jovees.com offers Standard Delivery. Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days after dispatch. We offer free standard shipping for orders over Rupees Four Hundred Ninety-Nine (Rs. 499). For orders with a cart value below Rupees Four Hundred Ninety-Nine (Rs. 499), a standard charge of Rupees Fifty (Rs. 50) will be applied at the time of placing the order.

Additionally, there is a Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge of Rupees Fifty (Rs. 50) for orders with the COD payment option. Please note that the COD and shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order, as these are non-refundable charges.
