Placing an order online

Ordering online is easy. Simply find what you are looking for and choose the product you need. Add the item(s) to the cart and select Checkout. You will be asked for billing and shipping information and then you will submit the order. You will receive an email notification that the order was processed. You will also receive a notification when the order ships. We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking & PayTM.

Placing an order over the phone

We are currently not taking orders over the phone.

Charges on card after order

Your card is charged at the time you submit your order. If for some reason an item you purchased is not available, you will be contacted in 3 business days and a full refund will be given.

In case you did not receive an email confirmation after submitting your order

If you think you placed an order correctly, but did not receive an email confirmation with a receipt, it is probably because the email address you entered was invalid, probably due to a spelling error. Please email us at customercare@jovees.com or call us at 1800-3002-9413  and we would get it resolved.

Use of personal information provided by you

When you make a purchase online, you are automatically enrolled in our email newsletter, where we highlight new product, exclusive promotions and events. We maintain high standards of privacy of your personal information and do not share, rent or sell our list to a third party. We do not keep credit card information on file, only shipping and email addresses for your convenience in shopping with us later.

Online orders outside India

We are currently not servicing online orders outside India.

Physical stores near you

We have our presence across India and sell our products through all major stores. The Store Locator on our website will help you in finding a store near you. In case, you do not find a store near you on the list, contact us at 1800-3002-9413 or customercare@jovees.com and we will get back to you at earliest.

Out of stock situations

Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
